Pros:-
Have all its good features as described in website.
Using experience:-
It doesn't have Extreme Power saving mode which is a key feature of HTC phones(present in 816 not in 816g)
Only lower speakers work during incoming calls(in 816 both of them works...on contacting HTC I got the reply that the product is designed in this way) Proximity sensor doesn't work with flip cover you need to download an app.
Rest assured the phone is awesome.
In software aspect you wont get the above features stated

I got HTC desire 816G dual sim 2 days ago its feature. are not the same as written.. it has 8mp nd 4mp camera nd 4 Gb internal memory bt according to the written features its 13mp nd 5mp and 8GB internal memory can anyone plzz tell how to replace it.. :(

praj, 10 Jan 2015hey guys ,i wanna take htc desire816g so is it a good phone... morePlease dont buy HTC any mobile. If you are really interested to buy HTC.. then please take 1 hour of your time to visit the HTC Customer service center and decide .. whether to buy HTC or to purchase any other. In HTC series below 200 you cannot connect to your laptop or desktop... so as 816G series also you cant connect to laptop or desktop for using internet via phone... touch is really poor...
