niraj0012003, 04 Nov 2014Once you go in camera setting and see the picture size, it ... moreMy dear friend goto your camera settings and change the PREVIEW mode to 4:3 then go to Picture Size now you can seen 13mp.... select and start clicking.... I feel this phone has an amazing camera, the main drawback is BATTERY DRAINS when used continuously hardly 6 to 7 hrs is the BATTERY life.

Camera clarity is not good, it's not justifying for 13MP/5MP. 2MP OF BlackBerry is better than this. I think HTC should call back this model and change camera's for not losing its reputation.

suman, 03 Nov 2014i brought a htc desire 816g dual sim That features are 13mp... morei bought this phone on 18/10/11. the actual camera spec is not as per mentioned by the company. yet to go to the service centre. and the picture clarity is not up to the level...real waste of money..........

Its a wate phone ,I just bought it yesterday. Battery drains like hell .. every two min 1% of battery z getting reduced .. grand 2 camera z far better than this stupid phone . Pls dnt buy this at all

Once you go in camera setting and see the picture size, it showing maximum is 8M pixel i.e it is only 8 MP. I do not understand why HTC is then writing 13 MP. Also picture quality is very poor.

I bought this phone just 15 days ago. I m really disappointed n pissed with this set..plz suggest me the possible ways to get this changed or how wud I go abt it. Don't expect this from htc...complete waste of money.

i brought a htc desire 816g dual sim That features are 13mp back cam and front cam is 5mp but back camera is showing on 8mp only and front camera is showing on 4mp ......
