I've chatted with HTC today and they told me that they didn't get any complaint in this regard. If they receive much more complaints only then they would send the issue to their R&D team.

Is anybody facing sound quality issue after the recent update. I think the sound quality has become bad and there is no Boom Sound effects like earlier. Has anybody also faced the issue?

Hi, i have this phone from 6 days and it's super. What i have to ask you is, i'm from Romania and i didn't receive the 1.22.720.1 update yet and yes, i checked manualy from settings. Current version is 1.22.709.1 and i really want to update it. My Desire 820 it's the dual sim version (D820u). I made once an update in 9 Jan wit size of 480MB first i tought i was the last one but no. Can you tell me or if you have an idea when i'll receive it?
