Guys i have a simple question ..when your phone rings as you are receiving a call..does both speakers rings or only the bottom one? Cuz I only have the bottom one ringing...but rather than that.both speakers work...like in any audio or vedio play back..
so what about your hand sets?

i am from india. i have bought htc 820 phone on 21st dec 2014. but after 15 days it shows system update available. (software update. 1.22.720.1. (307.86mb) .what does it mean. what should i do? will it create any problem to my phone or it improved my phone feature and functions and battery backup. please explain me in details. thanx in advance

Guys if u have a battery problems here are the 2 golden advices to extend your battery 2 the maximum
1) USe power save mood
2) go to display in the settings and change screen time out from auto to 15 seconds.

I got my HTC desire 800 before two dayz, I can't download pictures and videoz , from whatapp and all. Sd card is there..anyone please help ..please answer why ...

Update your phone guys ..there is nothing to worry about..everything is working fine..
after update
-heating problem solved to an extent.
-camera improvement.
-battery backup improved..

I bought this handset 1 week ago,switchover from [Rooted cm11]Galaxy S2 bought in 2011. Does Desire 820 lag while opening files/photoes as the hourglass sign comes up. I did the update. Otherwise the handset is according to the promised specs. Double sim,expandable memory, slim design, 5.5 inch screen, double stereo speakers, octacore processor, 2 gb ram----You do not get all these in any flagship---correct me if wrong. I was planning for M8 but 5 inch screen and single sim prevented me from buying it. I am not having any trouble with heating ,battery life. I just wanted to know if screenguard is necessary.I never used that in my Galaxy s2.I also wanted to know if anyone has rooted this device-----Sharadraj,

Hi I have a problem that the ringing volume is relatively low..so I miss many calls when I am in an open area...when I tried to check what is going on I found out that only the bottom speaker is ringing in the calls..but when listing to any other media both speakers work..so is this normal or my phone is defected?
