my friend has this phone and its real great.i have a HTC wildfire s with heating issues but after update it got fixed .after desire gets lollipop ,probably heating issues get fixed...

It is a awesome phn. in this range.... i buy it just 4 days befor... there is no hanging problm and battry backup is quit gud....
if your are thingis to buy this phn. so dnt wast your time.. go grab it.....

I want to buy a new gaming phablet.and im confused between z ultra note 3 htc desire 820.and does this phone have heating issue?? Thx for advance.

Hi! I have been using this mobile for a week now and i got to say that its one of the best mid range phones availble. I does not even feel like a mid range phone, the experience is flagship. There are alot of negative comments about the mobile heating and the battery. The mobile only heats when you are gaming heavily. If you do that then you might feel uncomfortable. The battery also depends if ur gaming. Without gaming the phone will last for more than 15 hours on a full charge.In these 15 hours i could use the camera, browse, watch a few videos and also download apps. The camera is brilliant if you know how to change the settings according to the picture you want. Even if you dont, the automatic mode also works well. HDR makes the pictures look better.
Theres a problem while clicking pics with the flash on, you get a green tint on the pics, but dont worry, this problem can be solved by changing Auto white balance to any of the other 3 options. This works 100%
Other than all this, the phone is incredibly smooth and i would recomend this mobile phone to anybody who is looking to buy a mobile in this price range.
I purchased this mobile on snapdeal for around 21k. At that price i got more than i expected. I have absolutely no regrets in buying this phone. Dont be confused! I was scared at first because of all these negative opinions but now im glad i bought it.

I'm having this phone.... Desire 820 trust me guys it far better than anyone in this range. Selfie camera is just brilliant ...but no touch focus strange...but overall the phone's performance is great ...i've tested antutu benchmark and score was 31750 which is just amazing......better than s4 ..similar to g2 nd z1...

Hi friends ,
I has purchased the cell one month ago . Their is no issue with a phone . In about the lollipop update , Their is a concern that phones that are based on Mediatek's chipsets may not receive the update to Lollipop. These handsets are still under evaluation by HTC team . Desire 820 has a 64-bit Mediatek SoC so it does not have a timeline for an update to Lollipop.

Its an awesome phone under 25k.The sound quality,lcd display,camera quality are good.But the phone get heat up little fast if your mobile network is in on condition.Browsing drains battery bit fast.Otherwise battery backup is fine.If you are looking for a smartphone in the midrange and if you dont browse the internet too much or you are a average user,it will fit according to your expectation.

if anybody facing battery problems with this phone,just go to settings,power,then select power saver,this allows to reduce cpu usage and give extra backup,this is best way to get extra backup when you are not using phone or when the phone is in idle :)
