People facing automatic screen lock issues can switch off dot view so that they can lock phone manually rather gettng locked automatically .

Rakes, 07 Jan 2015It is worst phone ever i used.I m facing Heating and batte... morehello rakes i think you should update the phone,after update heating issue is reduced maximum,playing games for 1hr,the temparature goes upto 45 only which is better than before(before update 49 to 51c),so update tells you all,try it

those who are facing battery drain problems with htc 820 here is the solution:
first update your phone software(already recieved from htc)then use the phone till battery reaches 1%and let it off automatically.then charge your phone upt 100%,do this process for 5 to 6 days,then you will see significant change in the battery,it really works,i get 4 to 5hrs of extra backup after update,thanks to htc :)

It is worst phone ever i used.I m facing Heating and battery problem scene 1st day.Guise if u want buy this handset pls pls think more than 100 times.
Also I mention one thing of HTC desire 820. Service center do not help u for heating nd Battery problem. They told u pls contact customer Care of HTC.

Ronald, dual sim allows you to make use of two sim cards in one phone (HTC Desire 820) interchangeably. You only switch from one sim to another so as to change it.

i am using this mobile from last 20 days, i purchaised 820 from a retail mall for 23800, the phone is nice to hold and good looking till now performance wise i am fully satisfied. no lag no hanging problem in any time.
but if you buy this phone you must buy a power bank also.battery performance is 3/10 very very poor performance, the other small problems are low ringing problem, camera is not excellent but it is good, giving some good picture, front camera is excellent, the other problem is heating issue, some time the phone over heating.the htc must give a update for the battery issue, otherwise this phone is very good.
