Im was using this pile of **** for 4 months until led screen stopped working and i fix it, 3 months later volume buttons stopped working and the repair cost more than phone, im not the only one who are getting this problems, its not my fault that phone cant stand moisture in the air and this shows how HTC phones are terrible l,rubbish, this phone is best for use in desert where moisture in the air is not so high! Just rubbish!

Hello guys just bought htc desire 820G 4 months ago, after updating it using WiFi it crushed and switched off. No one is able to flash it I have tried for a month to fix it till now. What am I supposed to do

i have ben using this phone since april's 2015, and i'm a very rough user. phone fell of my hand, i threw it many times and yet it still work. battery is ok. the only disadvantage i found was the Android OS huge memory usage. it's always using 600 to 560 MB and leaving little to the other applications.

Very good phone. With the batterysaver on, there is juice for a Whole day and still about 25% left at 10pm. Sound is extraordinary. With 6.0.1 it is even more fluid than ever..

My SIM is not working now. It's been 1year and 5 months now. And this problem came exactly after the above mentioned time period. The repairing center said that i have to change the motherboard and blah blah blah. My advice, don't buy HTC. It works really fine at the beginning but as time goes by it's gonna be very problematic.

I love this phone, cheap and beatuful. I had some issue too but guarantee fixed it (bottom touch screen problem). i think worst thing on this phone is camera. all other features are well enaugh.

Yes, I bought HTC Desire 820 for 24000 on Feb, 2015. After 1 year and 5 months of use suddenly phone switched off and they said motherboard was damaged and it costs around 9000. Everyone getting this problem after a usage of 1 year and above. It's frustrating HTC has let down nowadays.
