Got this phone 2 days back. I have a few queries,
1. Where can I check the hardware specs on the phone ? Ram, processor etc.
2. I read it has gorilla glass protection (on htc official site). How can I confirm this and do I need to use a scratch guard ?
Please let me know.

guys any one facing problem in lock screen??
soon after i unlock the passowrd of my phone, wit in 2 to 3 seconds it will get lock even if i watch videos txt and all. plz suggest

1. Big size
Sizing problem is very personal. Its up to you. Most ppl get minor issue when first using big phones, but adapted to them very quickly. Then they can not withstand small screen like iPhone 5S or iPhone 6.
2. Low battery life
Its actually not bad. The relatively low resolution 720p screen is not battery hungry. And the screen is very good for the price (not much difference comparing to expensive mobile like Samsung S5) . I have a HTC 816 and very impressed with the build quality, screen (816 and 820 use same screen) , battery life.
3. Heating problem
its not severe. Its normal for cellphone to generate heat. 820 wont heat up much faster than other phones. Just grab a case for your phone and u are fine.

1. Big size

Even in heating negative review I got this and believe me there isn't heating issue did is a beSt ever .but battery drains quite fastly
