Hi,
2 days back i purchased htc desire 820. I read all the reviews everyone mentioned that camera quality is awesome. But i don't think so, camera isn't good.
thoufgh it is 13/8 mp.
anyone can suggest do i need to do some setting
if yes please provide the steps i already tried many

I have bought this phone around 3 weeks ago. Got it through ebay at INR 23,500.
Its a perfect phone guys. No heating issues with me. No software lags. Camara quality is brilliant. Front camera is above all brands. Speed and UI is awesome. Phone looks are decent with dual tone colors. Slimmest phone from HTC. Please don't compare it with Samsung. It's a insult for this decent phone. Speakers 🔊 Quality is also awesome. Battery backup is good, besides charging time is also less.
Great specs.
Go for it. Don't think twice.

Dear friends don't believe any above mentioned negative comments really it's an awesome phone. 13 mp camera n 8 mp front camera it's amazing picture clarity is incredible.

I see 816 as Lcd2 captive screen but 820 is mentioned as just Lcd captive screen is it so or 820 is also lcd2 please let me know?

U should know properly about the light settings.
All the mobile camera's are good under the specific light conditions. Those are not meant for ALL Purposes

when i am making a call and after talking ..ending the call.then notification panels turns green.talked to customer care they said go for safe mode but in safe mode also this thing is happening..

Only good thing about the phone is the primary camera. However, 8mp secondary camera was not required. The phone hangs a lot. The contacts will not be displayed sometimes. The amount of heat generated during the usage of the phone makes you think about your life, because the radiations caused due to heating of the phone are not good for any kind of human body. Charging takes too long. Been using this phone since 3 days and have asked for replacement or exchange for another brand.

HTC desire 820 is very good but it get heat wen it use gprs..............it has good cam both front n back.....it's speed is good ......I m waiting 2 update frm kitkat 2 lollipop.....
