I had a doubt about battery of htc 820 and the camera quality
Also if u possibly can compare it with - Samsung note 3 neo and oppo 7 . Am confused which one to buy. I had a note three neo which got stolen so dont know what to buy

Guys there was a lot of questions about why htc desire 820 is not seen in htc india website. Today i contacted the htc support, they told me that they will release the specs soon. They said the delay was due to the desire 820 was only available in india and not other countries. So they will put the specs when it will be available in all other countries. I hope this opinion helped you :)

Sagar, 25 Nov 2014What about the split camera, it's not working... any solution ?I checked on my 820 . ...it works ...when u start split capture then first it shows image for back camera only ...then we need to click on camera button (third from left bottom)....front camera starts

purchsed a week ago...Hangs up almost 3 to 4 times a day...feel like throwing it out every time it hangs up...I spoke to customer care also...but in vain..what to do now...

split camera doesnt work

I am using htc desire 820 for last one week. My previous mobiles are galaxy grand, nokia xl , asus zenphone 5 and moto g 2nd.
Display is very good :crisp and clear although low ppi
charger is 1A .So to charge 2.6 A battery it takes 2.6 hours.
Call quality is very good as compared to all my previous mobiles.
Build quality is solid.
UI is very smooth.
I find battery backup slightly better than asus and moto g2.
I think for htc desire 820 wifi is draining more battery than 3 G.
I find camera at par with galaxy grand.
I did not observe much heating . Heating near camera is as same as asus and moto g2.
For me this mobile is value for money at 25000.
If anyone has doubt you are welcome to ask.
I have milky way gray color (made in taiwan).
I think htc will optimize 64-bit chip for android L which will give significant battery life.
Gsmarena battery endurance test results are
moto g2 50 hrs, moto x2 48 hrs and desire 816- 64 hrs.
so, we can expect 64 hrs or more for 820.
