I brought htc desire 820 on 7nth November. Its an amazing phone. There is no lag or bug what so ever. The only problem is heating problem but it's nt dat major issue. Can any one tell me how to move apps to sd card with data???? I moved some apps to sd card bt only app was moved bt the data is still there in phone storage & the data can't move & I can't set up deafult storage to sd card, all my downloads are saved in phone storage except camera storage....can any one face these problems please reply ur feedback....

Stop making negative comments about this gem. Especially on your false beliefs. I have it from the past 1 month and it has not heated up at all. Once it dropped from my hand so badly but there wasn't't even a single scratch. The BoomSound speakers are to die for and the camera is beyond excellent. To all those who are confused between a Samsung phone, I pity you to have even giving a second thought to not buying this. The battery lasts longer, video call is superb and display is beautiful.Kindly use first before cribbbing.

I have been using this phone for a week now and is absolutely brilliant and this is coming from a person who switched from Samsung note 2..and I don't regret
Firstly out of 16gb you get 12.5gb approx I loaded tons of apps including asphalt 8and real racing still have 9.5gb internal memory
Secondly yes yes it has corning gorilla glass v3 and fm
Camera is exquisite especially the front camera 8mp
And don't get me wrong htc ceo had an interview with igyaan...about this phone winning multiple award at Berlin..so definitely its critically rated...
Yes slight heating problem is there when you play heavy games but that is present in Samsung note 3 sony Xperia z2 and even nexus 5..believe me I have used them all
Thirdly the boomsound speakers are crazy amazing much much better than 816 ..see YouTube for that
No lags no bugs in my phone..its a value for money phone I say 2 thumbs up

Guys purchased 820 on 10th nov
Phone stopped working on 15th
Got it replaced same day
New phone stopped working on 18th
Got it replaced today
Somehow cant find alternative phone with front 13mp/back 8 mp ; 2 Gb ram ; octacore ;64 bit processor ; 24000 price tag
Confused a lot guys

It has a big issue with the hardware, i had to return this set within a week. Bad experience, don't buy

Awesome phone. Batter aspect is lil low. Heating issues not so dominant. But as of now in the market the best phone to buy.

MIKE, 19 Nov 2014still nexus 5 is much better phoneDude 820 is dual sim & LG Nexus is single sim. My comment was more on dual sim segment. Even other features camera is 13MP & 8MP vs 8 MP & 1.3 MP, battery 2600 MAH vs 2300 MAH, screen 5.5 inch vs 4.95 inch, octa core vs quad core processor.
Yes pixels & resolution of Nexus is better than 820.
