Worse phone ever bought.
cons:Worse battery life than any other phone
Play a game and battery goes from 100 to 0 in less then 40min
Even when charging phone while playing "unable to charge the phone because the application is using too much battery"
Use facebook(even when charging) and battery goes from 100 to 20-30 in less then 30 min
Pros:I dont need a HEATER in winter, it works pretty awsme

htc_freak, 23 Feb 2016Make a factory reset.Press power button briefly for about 10-15 sec and then press vol up button while pressing the power button when you are in that red sign screen. you will get into recovery menu.

I bought HTC 820 G+ one month ago. There is a several problems in this type.
1- You make a call, the you are calling can not hear me at all, but I hear him very well. So I hang out then I call him back again.
2- a lot of application sleep, like whatsapp. When some one send me text or even called me, the phone do nothing, until I open the program, then I will notice that there are missing calls and notifications.
3- when I want to update the headlines news or my email inbox, it does not response. it takes 20 minutes to update the emails.
4- I tried to update the system, but always, it says there is no update available.
Note: we bought 4 of this type ( me and my friends in work) and all of us facing the same issues.
Please try to help us or we shall sell this product and go to another brand.

I want to clear my cache partition on my because after ota update my phone is lagging . I successfully get to the bootloader menu but as soon as i press on recovery mood, i get struck at red exclamation mark screen , what should i do to get my clear cache partition menu from that screen . I have trides pressing vol up and power button and all other combinations
and give other suggestios to prevent lagging of my phone

It's always showing, your phone is up to date while updating to lollipop from kit Kat 4.4.2.
