today my htc 820 displaying system update 2.10.720.5 (75.91MB). Anybody know what is that update.

I am using HTC products for many years, But desire 820 is sucking and got lot many issues with Network and Camera. Body got bend. gave it for service and the phone is with them for last three months and they are trying to repair it thought they did it for three times and no result in resolving the network issue. now that thought I asked for a replacement, they still not ready to make up their mind for that and trying to repair for fourth time. worst customer service ever saw since they write lot of mails to customer but never read the replies from the customer to take further action. so sad and rediculous

New update with 75 mb in size...but while downloading its corrupting..what the hell is this update..very irritating..this update is for system enhancement.

I am using HTC 820 since December 14 and it's still working fine . I play lot of games having file size more than 1 gb like wwe immortal, and still it gives 3 hours of continuous game play and 6 hours of continuous video playback except x265 format video

I ve got HTC desire 820 all works perfectly just after updating to lollilop maybe phone says Google play will not work if you not update it but works i install few applications and camera is so good about battery life i use it for whole day and after 15 hours battery is 15 procent

I have been using desire 820 from feb'15. it is simply awesome by its look, style, performance. i love the front camera. it is worth to buy, but have a look on 826. its battery is also good enough for normal usage. If u r a game addictor , then u have to be with power bank .

Does anyone know to turn off the motion trigger for the camera?? Htc desire 820. Put the phone down and find the camera starting up.. Weak!!

You have forgotten about the screen brightness and the background running applications which too drain the phone battery. This is common for all the smartphones. Otherwise you can always use the Nokia 1100

Heard a lot of people commenting on the battery life and give a wrong opinion that battery life is bad . Well it is good. (Not for hard-core addicts) No offence.
This is a really good phone. Performance is really good. Camera features downgraded after software update. It's worth spending on this phone.
As said by someone , phone screen blackens etc , it's a phone use it like a phone . It isn't your frisbee .

The battery life of this phone is very poor & I agree to the reviews about the battery life written by others. It's a request to HTC to work on this feature.

No point buying a phone who's battery life lasts you less than 5 hours with internet usage. If you use basic internet apps like whatsapp, Facebook etc. you have to keep the charger continuousely connected or before you know it your battery gets drained and your phone will switch off. First and last time am buying an HTC phone. Good phone but horrible battery life.
