Battery backup is very poor....I bought it before 5 months ..it's battery charge is getting down quickly without browsing...

Bought this phone 20days ago.it takes 3hours + to fully100% charge the battery.
Contacted to HTC service center,got answered to leave the phone for 3daysto observations.when askedfor these 3days period. Should I buy again one more phone.
Got answered we have many hundreds phone in spare to give u, but all are being used as we have many hundreds phone at service now..
Not satisfied..
Evethough speed is also slow then my previously Asus zenfone,which felt down before 20 days.then I bought HTC desire 820s
I thought HTC is very good.....
Even their staff and specially manager at there service center, did not even bother to listen our point.

Hi Guys,
I have upgraded my Desire 820 to Lollipop today and it is working really fine.
You must make sure of updating "Google Play Services" after upgrading your mobile as this is a key point I think.
I will post again if I figured out something else.

I am a hard user of phones.I had Samsung.archos.huawai.etc and my last is the HTC 820.the best phone ever.from Mauritius
