It's a very good phone, but i only have 1 question. So there are 3 holes, the first from up to down, the middle one for SIM and the last one for the memory card. What is the purpose/role of the first hole?

Heating is reduced after update to lollipop and battery problems are solved.overall good update thanks Htc

When I tried to update it manually it's took 3 hours to download 10mb, what might be the reason ? Anyone can you help me ?

I've been using this phablet for many months now (HTC Desire 820 single sim 4G). Not even once did I ever get any single problem, this phone is simply awesome and totally reliable. I've used it under different weather conditions, the Desire simply keeps going, on and on. Maybe the battery is a tad short of a day's use when using 4G or 3G, but all and all, this is one of the very best phones I've owned so far. After so many months of trouble-free use, I'd readily recommend it, and on top of that, it's good looking too. Now I'm only waiting for the OS promised upgrade from HTC.
