Ita been 20 days that i have owned this phone and let me tell you that its the best phone i've ever seen..good sound quality,hd display,this phone takes gaming to an another level,camera(both front and back)are also fine but the problem with this phone is that it gets hot very easily especially while playing games or surfing internet,and believe me it gets really hot,secondly battery backup is also very poor,so if u are one of those kind of people who like to just keep using their phones unstoppably then this one is not for you..still the phone is excellent and worth buying,the speed of this phone will amaze you but this speed comes at a cost making your phone hot.

I am now gone past 5 months plus using the Desire 820 single sim. It is my ideal working partner, come heat, dust, rain or snow, this fabulous Phablet has not even once misbehaved, has never overheated or done anything that disappointed me, it's been just plain and smooth sailing with awesome performance, games go without a glitch. The battery is doing very well given its Octacore processor performance, surfing the net is a bliss, the phone feels solid and looks great, the speaker sound is good, the cameras are OK though not the best choice I've had but still good, and the screen is great. Now we proud owners of this great phone are only waiting for HTC's promised Lollipop upgrade, now official even if no date has been set yet, so once we get the 64 bit OS in the proper sense of the word, it will be a whole new world altogether. This is a joy to own, totally reliable.

I think this is a good phone. Anyways there are mixed reviews here. But I have decided and am sure that I'm going to buy this phone for sure. The camera is good & the performance is also good.

the best phone ever seen!!! clarity of pic during selfie is jus awesome!!.. only thing is it gets heated so easily... other then that its super cool to use and user friendly,,

I have the 820s for 6 months now. Everything is ok for me, never had problems. Just i would like speakers little bit louder.

I don't know guys why are tou complaining. This phone is really good. I never had an htc device before and I am really satisfied. For the money you spend I think it's the best choice. I have been using this device for 2 months and I am not facing any problems. It's fast and the cameras are OK. The speakers are awesome and the screen is crisp despite the "low resolution". Worth buying. Just waiting 4 the Lollipop update

hello bro,
please don't but any phone of HTC because it uses the worst hardware .
specially HTC is bomb not a phone . it is having lot of problems .
over heating , hanging , auto switch off 20 time per day , battery automatic discharges whether it is 100% charge or 50.
