Its one of the most horrible phone to ever have... looks good and has good specs.. but such a price..and quality is worst than Chinese mobiles... first one sim stopped working and now the phone doesn't start... the stupid HTC center never takes a call... gave the phone for repair thru a third party... they somehow gave it to the htc service center and they said they wud have to change the mother board... i have read so many people changing their mother board in HTC... worst worst thing to have in a mobile phone...

It is a really nice phone. Processor is fast, battery backup is nice , good picture quality . All in all if you want a good experience & want your 24000 to be invested in a good place. Then htc desire 820 is your place.. Only an iphone can be compared to it.. also it doesn't have a problem of hanging..you have a lot of space in your phone for apps n evrythng

Its an excellent phone. Super looks. Great performance. Does not hang.
On the flip side, at times it gets little warm during operations. Battery is not very good and drains fast.
