Bought HTC 820 in December, after 3 months, its wifi wasnt working, hence gave it at service center at eternity mall... Had bad experience with respect to service provided at the center.
got my phone back after one month(submitted on 13th March, and got replacement on 14th April) and that to after spending 4 working days at service center and on top of that the service given in the front office was so worst......plz change the staff.....
HTC, u need to think about your policies.. if you are saying phone will get back in 10-12 working days, then if you have some genuine issue, its your duty to inform the costumer about the same. Even there is no cordination between customer care front office and head office as I was asked by front office to come on 31st of march to collect my device, when i finaly went their on 4th of april i was informed that device has still not been recieved.
When inquired in head office it was cleared that phone was still at bangalore and would take 10 more days at least,that to ot sure. Promises of informing customer about arrival of device are just hoax as you will have to continuesly keep on calling them for follow up.
Numbers provided for front office do not work, and customer care no. there is atleast standing time of 10 min. before your call is answered.
I am severely displeased with services provided by HTC and more angered by arrogant, disrespectful and non professional mannerisms by front office staff at Eternity mall.

Terrible experiece. Touchscreen stopped functioning within one month. But thats not worst since it may happen with any handset. Worst is HTC DOES NOT HAVE PARTS. It takes forever to replace damage parts like mine took one and half month. One more interesting fact is replaced part has warranty only for 3 months and not till your one year warranty expires. Besides function was good phone doesnt hang. display resolution is good. Negative is heating issue and battery backup. Also camera is ok but not extraordinarily good as you may expect seeing 13 Mp and 8 MP etc.. Dont go by megapixels.

Why htc company moves the keys inside the screen? it's better that it returns ouside the screen to stretch the screen size.

In my point of view this mobile is waste because this mobile costs 26000 it is not worth even I have HTC but I don't liked it .in26000 u can buy a iPhone 5c which is brand and HTC is very delicate

In the Power saver menu, uncheck all the options except the CPU power(Conserve CPU usage).
4. Then go to Quick setting and toggle the Saver. (Don’t toggle the EXT Saver, they both are different things)

Really a good phone as a daily driver..except for its tendency to heat at times. Not the way to go for those who like to root and use customised roms though..
