Hi,
I am happy with the 820 overall. But when it comes to screen lock I am little unhappy as both the swipe and the pattern lock (in case if you want this) has to be made!! I am unable to cancel this swipe lock & that is the weird thing!
Any idea on how to take off this swipe lock option?

In this price range Galaxy Note 3 Neo is also good choice in term of battery and preformance. Camera of note 3 Neo is 8MP but image quaility is same as htc 820. It also get lollipop update.

guys desire 820 is superb...
but htc has failed to give a good battery to such marvellous fone...

This is a good phablet, it's robust, solid, dependable. The battery now is even better, sound is good, cam not the best I've seen but still god, no overheating, just normal temperatures really, good screen, good feel. My version is the 15 Octa Core running on Adroid Kitkat 4.4.4. I definitely recommend it as a good phone, go for it, and what's even better, the 820 certainly stands out in public.

If you need a best dual sim phone means you can buy 820 its a quiet good phone.

Guys I need your help .Am confused on which phone to buy.
1.Has the heating issue in 820 been solved after the updates?
2.I read a few users complained about speakers giving a 'krr.' sound in certain phones.IS this issue still present ?
3.And does the battery last for one day?
Am a moderate user who uses WhatsApp..am not a frequent gamer..I like taking selfies and other photos.
So is the HTC 820 worth it ..? or is YU Yureka enough?

Best Android Phone to Price in the Market.
Battery Backup is very Good.
Superfine Image & Video Quality of Camera.
Gaming Experience is also Good.
Overall Performance & Battery is much better compared to Sony Xperia Z series.

Doew this phone heat jp badly? Coz i saw in the gaming review in youtube tht it tends to get heat and they also shw the temp with a device? And also i hve heard octacores gets heated fast. So pls reply and tell does thia gets heated?

This phone is not overheated.. therefore the temperature between in 45 to 50 degree celcius is the normal temp....

It's been running smooth and fast and is solid and well-built. Being an Octa Core phablet 1.5 ghz, when playing demanding games, do expect some heat, but no overheat. Even though it is deemed a mid-ranger, this phablet feels more like in flagship territory. The battery was surprisingly good when brand new, now getting even better. Sound is great, cam not so great but still within the good league, all and all? This is a great all rounder, solid, dependable and is sure to make you stand out of the crowd.
