Dear Friends..... Don't go for this f.....ing mobile... It's really a waste of money and ter is no customer care executives to attend. I bought this on 31/01/2015 and it hanged and dead on 01/02/2015. means the life is only 1 day. I don't know wot to do now bcaz I lost my money and contacts....I'm gng to file a suit against HTC on consumer court...

Desire 820 dual_sim brought from FLIPKART.
After using 3-4 days i am facing speaker noise problem.
Speaker crackling sound like..."kkrrrr..kkrrr..." While playing music,..game,..FM.
Same problem facing in earphone.
That mean overall external or internal sound problem.

Then i was replace request to flipkart.
And they relplaced it.
Now i have a brand new desire 820 dual_sim.

But same speaker problem again in new handset.
I did some step to find out the problem...
Like hard reset...and in safe mode speaker tasting...
But i am not satisfied.

Again request to flipkat to change it.
And they again replaced it.

So finaly i got third brand new handset from flipkart.

The story iss not end here...
I am facing again same problem

That time i went to htc authorised service center.
They testing the handset and said..it has a hardware problem. And they gave me a "DOA" .

Now today i am requested to flipkart to refund.
And they refund in next 5-7 days.

Overall all online shoping are cheater.

They delivered to customer a defactive product.

Because not only htc desire 820 dual sim prodect
They aslo delievered me a defactive "Moto E" and "micromax canvas color 2 A120"

So plz don't buy from online shop.
in discounted price offers.

And is anybody faced the same speaker cracking problem..
Sounds like...."kkrrrr..kkkrrrr..".....???
