A guy posted b4 in the reviews that he has been told by the HTC service center that it is a hardware problem after testing it and gave him DOA..b4 his post I was cnfrmd that it is a software prblm...bt after going through his review I decided to visit the service center but still I didn't

it is in my device too after getting replaced twice....I think this problem is with all handsets.. co-incidence cnt be to such n xtnt... Bt still I hvnt consulted with HTC service center to cnfrm whether it is a software prblm... If it is a software bug then might this issue wl b solved in the next update...
By the way did they(HTC service center)told u that it is a software prblm??? I guess it might be a hardware issue if they hvnt mentioned nything

I got the phone replaced three times but still same issue. Today when I went to the customer care for the fourth time they said that this issue will be solved once the update is out for the phone which would be next month.

After using 3-... moreerr... no.. i bought this phone a week's back.
This phone works so nice. As it has an Octa Core processor, the speed is amazing and multi tasking is easy.
My only issue is Battery. It drains too fast. Otherwise an excellent piece of gadget at mid price range.

raj kmkm, 01 Feb 2015i plan to bye this mobile.... pls tell me... about battry a... moreI've been using HTC since 8 years from now and just like every HTC product i've used in the past, this one too is excellent in every aspect. The battery backup is good and you won't experience any heating issues. Every other phone tends to heat up when subjected to heavy usage, so its all normal.
I highly recommend this phone.

i bought this mobile on jan 2' 15 its been a month over its working fine..no problem one thing is audio is bit lower compare to samsung mobiles also if we capture a picture with zoom mode the pixel gets break..other than no problem..
