I'm using this mobile for couple of years and in my experience I felt the heat while playing HD games but it happens in each and every mobile just read reviews of the top 10 brand latest mobile sure ull see the same statement.I do net surfing, play music and movies also connect to TV through Wi-Fi also mirroring but no heating issue faced .

I am using this mobile for past two years and it will show network mode option go to settings.dual network manager.tap sim1 or 2 . Network mode and select which mode u want.

Anonymous, 31 May 2016Same problem...htc sense home...Any1 please tell hw to fix it? I had the same issue of HTC Sense coming up after upgrading to Marshmallow. I went to Settings and then changed all preferences of Apps. Disabled Options for Sense Home to change any System settings. Restarted the system and it worked for me.

Hi, i bought this phone on Jan 2015, so far it is working really good.. Recently upgraded to Marshmallow.. now its working even more with new options. I am really happy with this phone... heating problem will come only when we upgrade the phone and playing games for hours & hours. other than this.. everything is awesome..

Guys I have HTC desire 820 from last 12 months it was wrkn ol fine but yesterday I got android 6 update and upgraded it this morning but m nt able to use the phone as I am getting error sense home crashed??? trying to check this from morning need some help on this guyz please help me wat do i do now???

Just stay away from buying this.....without even giving a minute problem it worked excellently for 13mnths but one fine day it suddenly goes dead totally dead beyond any scope for repair...a phone worth 25000/- goes totally defunct !!!
