I don't know about you people but my Htc 820g+ just got updated into firefly from marshmallow and also I'm planning to upgrade it into trashcan.

I bought the handset 1 yr back and till date the software has not been updated. This problem is only with HTC 820G+ handset, otherwise there are updates available for other HTC models.... :( very bad.
Although the phone is working fine, but the software is not available.

htc 820 g+, 26 Dec 2016why are so many people asking for 4g for this device? hence... moreplease note that i just get HTC Desire 820G+, downloaded the HTS software manager, install it to my PC, but it can not connect to the phone despite the phone is already seen by the windows as 2 partitions phone and SD card,
please advise

why are so many people asking for 4g for this device? hence it was clear that it was 3g supported only,i suggest buy high end phone for your own satisfaction.......
