I would say this HTC 820q is the best phone in this 20k segment bec it has immense of features and also this is the best android handset . The pros of this phone is - looks , camera , processor , no hitting issues like 820! , smooth touch, corning gorilla glass 3 , 4G enabled, 64bits processor, perhaps many users has picked up the point of its 1 gb RAM but i would say 1 GB ram is enough for smoothly operating this Rocking HTC 820q. I love HTC 820q.

i bought 820q 2months ago and no problems at all, camera quality is low but no lags, battery backup is good as compare to other androids, i am happy with this phone if camera would be good then this is the best phone.

Anonymous, 03 Mar 2015Does htc derices 820Q will receive android lollipop update,... moreHtc has not said anything about the update for desire 820 and 820q... So beside trusting on rumours all we can do is to wait and watch

Souvick, 04 Mar 2015Please suggest me which phone should I buy Samsung GALAXY E... moreI suggest you not to buy a samsung phone.. because they start lagging after a few months... They do not give satisfactory performance because they have the heavy touchwiz UI with them.... So if you can tolerate the heating issues than go with desire 820 or if you can compromise with the small difference in the processors than go with the 820q

twinkle rodge, 04 Mar 2015D diff is just 820 have 2 gb ram n. Q has 1 gb but advantag... moreThe desire 820 has a qualcomm snapdragon 615 octa core chipset compared to the desire 820q with qualcomm snapdragon 410 chipset.... Also the GPU is diffrent... The phones have adreno 405 and adreno 306 respectively... I havent used a desire 820 so I dont know about its camera... But I guess it would be better.... Coming to the heating point... As the chipset varies the heating issues also vary....

Ela, 05 Mar 2015hi.. friends.. pls don't buy this HTC very bad mobile.. not... moreThe mobiles you've mentioned are flagships.... I think you dont have that much quantity of brain that you should not compare mid range phones to flagships... The iphone 6 is nearly 50k just for the 16gb variant and the note 4 is even more pricier... Its of 55k... The moto X 2nd gen is for 31k.... Do you get that? Htc desire 820q is just at 19-20k... what else can you get in a mid range phone.... It has a decent battery backup... Lasts me for 2 full days... (If anybody has doubts I can send him the screenshot.... post you email id) its camera is not that bad.... Its type of averagish... Coming to the processor its has a snapdragon 410 chipset which is a mid range chipset.... if you say about audio... It has the htc boom sound speakers... Which are best in class and hardly any manufactures provide it.... Also the display has very good colour reproduction, good ppi and is bright enough to see it in a bright day... So I humbly say you to use your mind before comparing mobiles...

who are looking for good camera, true colour display and good Audio,
i have checked... all the makes..
                                      1st Apple - 6 or 6 Plus...Very Good
                                      2nd Samsung - Note 4.... Good
                                      3rd Moto - X 2nd Gen.... Ok

Battery: go for maximum 5" display to have comfortable battery backup.
