i use htc desire 820 q from last 2 years.it is very bad phone.too much hang,no software update in last 2 years.it is just waste of money.don't purchase it.

Vary vary bad phone because htc 816 is update in marshmallow but 820q is not update in lolipop or marshmallow very bad phone please don't By htc phones

The worst phone ever HTC is making there customer a fool by launching their phone they take high prices for these phone and give us a worthless phone can't even update for one year...it hangs so much ...time will when HTC will join both BlackBerry and nokia for delivery of worst phone's

htc 820q phone is very very very bad. because it run kitkat 4.4.4 not give any update and not help customer care
so pls don't buy it..........................

Use less phone.
No updates at all.
Y u people release such type of phone.
When there is no updates.

It's too bed because HTC 820q didn't have any updates.
Very very shameful to HTC honors.
I m very sad to buy this phone.
There is no support about this problem..
