My mobile is gettting Vibrated every time disconnecting phone calls and data pack. Even I contact to HTC care and service centre also, there is no use .kindly give how to disable vibrating prob.finally worrest device.

worst performance.... too slow... once u install pretty no.of apps ..it totally sucks...

Have been using htc 820q for the past one year.! No good at all.. too much heating issue and too slow. doesn't feel like a 20k phone at all ! Can't install apps like Fb,messenger etc.,. It will practically stop your phone from working. And opening each app is like the most frustrating thing ever.. takes ages to open! Doesn't get any update after 4.4.4 kitkat. Other phones with similar configuration has the latest is,i.e.,marshmallow .. htc has just dumped the 820q .

vvs, 17 Apr 2016All other HTC phones are upgraded with new software version... moreYes.The lollipop update is still not released.It is 9th May 2016.All other HTC desire and ones are updated to lollipop or marshmallow.But no update for HTC desire 820Q.No help from customer care.Don't buy.I am now thinking about updating the phone with custom Rom.

bought in December 2014 in 19000 rupes.
HTC 820q , worst phone ever by HTC. Still running Kitkat NO update provided by HTC.
In fact Moto-E(7000 rupees) is better than this crap...

All other HTC phones are upgraded with new software version s and still HTC 820 q not plz don't buy HTC not at all satisfied.....
