In fact, HTC, do something about this phone. It freezes so many times especially when a call is coming and you cannot take it. It is really bad. I'm happy at all!!!

I am a happy HTC desire 820q user.It is smooth fast and powerful phone.While buying the phone it was said that the phone will be provided lolipop within April 2015. But till now I have not received the update.Why???????? The customer service department always say that they are not aware of the update.I am very disappointed in that.Plz give the 5.0.1 update.

I am waiting for lollipop ......820,816 820q launched together as 64 bit handsets. Now they rolling out updates only in 820&816 HTC do something or work more on this device..
.......Now marshmallow started to roll out in many handsets but this device still on 4.4 it's really it should be of near 20k ? I don't think so I bought this device bcoz I want my handset to be upgraded with latest os but it is still on kit Kat .

The worst phone i have ever seen HTC desire 820q
1. No software update
2. Very slow working (too much hanging)
3. Overheating if used for more than 10 min
4. No proper network in sim2.

HTC is very bad in software development they don't have update for HTC Desire820q yet 👎👎
