Hello friend m the owner of HTC 820Q since 8month,the real review is thIs phn is awesome as it has a 1gb ram and i played a gansger vegas which was a 2.5GB ,bt its works smoothly i hav all tht prof,nd camera was uncompareable the beast 13mp cmra i hav evr seen,nd the big problem is OS which is kitkat 4.4 ,so i cAll a htc care they says they make a lolipop upgrade bt phn dsnt respond properly so they stop tht nd give back whn the fix it ,they told at end year it will give tht,soO frnds go for it its jst an awesome phone.

Plz dont waste ur money in buying this worst phone at first 3 months i enjoyed very much but after it i got problem of ram this phone has 1gb ram which is very low for its performance and its price i just wanna say i have made a very big mistake of buying kind of worst phone. Bcoz of low ram i cant even install a launcher i tried and enjoyed but after some days i start getting problems it laggs very much and it often slows so dont buy u can go for 820 varient which has 2 gb ram and a faster cpu

The worst phone that I have ever used. I really enjoyed using the phone for the first 5 months. And after that.. bam.. it just went dead. It didn't respond even after charging and pressing the power button multiple times. The service center people are downright rude. They kept my phone for a month and replaced it with a new one saying that I received a defective piece. Please note that this is my first replacement and there are more on the way. The second piece stopped working in a month. Back to the service center. This time they responded faster. My phone was replaced in a week. In the supposedly new phone (the second swapped phone), camera stopped working, followed by the music player. Back to square one... Service center... When I asked the service center people if there is something wrong with my phone, they even had the nerve to tell that for any further information, I have to call the toll free number. Let us see how many more replacements I am going to receive.. Finally.. bad phone and worse service

HTC 820Q is not working properly, phone was dead after 8 months of use, even lollipop update is not available for this phone yet. And HTC service is also slow it is taking 15 days for phone repairing plus addition to this if you give your phone in service centre they don't give proper reply like what is wrong with phone or so and they don't even send sms or email saying that your phone is registered with them for repairing where else Samsung do send sms. I have heard from my friends that there friends had same phone and even they have suffered same problem for HTC 820q. Lot of inconvenience caused because of HTC. This is not expected out of HTC

Worst service center...
Recently my 820q was hanging a lot.. i went to Service Center @ Noida they said they will take 20 to 25 days to repair the phone..
What................... in one year warranty they want my phone for 25 days .

product is gud in looks bettery back is neutral and performance is also cool... but when it comes to Service center they are worst ever you can see..
customer care rude behavior
service center IS PATHETIC they dont have parts once product is made...
