I bought this phone last month and I have an issue with phone touch. It seems to be a common issue with this phone. I went to service centre and they said that it will take 10 days minimum to troubleshoot this issue. very poor service as I was not expecting this from HTC

Hi,
I bought this cell phone few weeks ago. i found this phone have a cool features. Awme camera quality.. yes it heatup if u stuck with your phone for long time. its nothing new to me bcoz my previous phone is sony z.. compare to that its nothing and nowadyzz every andriod cell phones have this issue.. and selfie lovers u gonna like this phone undoubtedly.. bcoz its perfect for selfie.. so Overalll Awsme cell phone.. worth buying.

I have also facing the same problem like heating, service center people will update the software for heating problem but still the problem was same, very bad experience.

The camera quality is so poor
The sound quality is too bad
And the gaming experience is most worst
The display quality is not good as super amoled
Battery drain out in 4hrs only
I have wasted my money on this device
I will suggest everyone that not to buy this gadget its better you can buy sony m4 aqua or samsung galaxy a7

Its battery is very good...depends upon optimum use n how you calibrate it.

So people complaining about batteries and heating too much, I just have to say few words. Yes it gets hotter compare to regular SoCs form qualcomm because it's based on reference design, some people consider it too hot but I'm sure HTC has tested it well before sending headsets to market.
About battery, please observe and do full cycles as, batteries tend to store less charge when you plug them in middle of a cycle. This will improve battery life. The phone may be power hungry but you get what you pay for.
The phone-book in Sense is the same as old one and can be found on devices running sense 6+ . People migrating form other brands may find it little difficult but it's same across all sense version in different headsets, so please if you find it difficult to use it I have no words to explain why other headsets users love it. Overall using such facilities for past 4 years I cannot find replacement of dialer. Having multiple accounts and linked phonebook is good.

One plus one is much better HTC 826 contains. Snapdragon 615 which will obviously heat up the phone
now touch problems are also coming
one plus one has snapdragon 810. Which is good
