A7 is not true octa core but 2 seperate quad cores. Except for screen resolution and metal body even HTC 820 dual sim is comparable with a7. HTC desire 820 has USB on the go which is absent in A7 .A7 costs 28k, 820 costs 22.5k and 826 cost 25.5k

Samaung Galaxy A7 is better but the price is higher @32000Rs and HTC DESIRE 826 is @26000 Rs.Only Difference is that the A7 has full metal finish and Super Amoled and Desire 826 has 4 Ultra Pixel Front Camera and Super LCD3 Display which as par as Super Amoled.So Going with HTC Desire 826 is better than Samsung Galaxy A7.
