Achu, 14 Jun 2016Any one have heating problem your HTC desire 826 I have bought htc desire 826 blue lagoon(24999) in August 2015, after one month several problems occurred
1. The touch pad was not working properly
2. Overheating problem
3. Themes were not fully supported as per sense 6.0
4 back camera became dull day after day
5. Phone was getting hanged in spite of 2gb ram
........
so was this the feedback of htc ??? , I thought it was very trusted brand ....very poor feedback and loss of money .....i went to nearest service centre chandni e-mall for 4 times but same problems irritated me more then I have decided to buy Samsung Galaxy a7 ......I would buy it at last seriously this was worth of money ......and my phone is working properly.....no problems have not been occurred .....

Good Lord! I am receiving marshmallow update now! Though i might wait until the weekends to install it. Im here at the Philippines. HK version (4ultrpixel frontcam) today is june 30 here, last day of Q2 of the year as what htc posted to release this update. Better late than never i guess

Hi friends. I have a desire 826X the CDMA GSM model. My phone doesn't support any other charger except the HTC charger and neither does it charge on any any any power bank in world.. This is a major issue for me. Please advice.

It's very bad phone no 4g signal found ,net very slow even Facebook not open.Please never buy this phone.

After getting the device ask them to calibrate your battery.

this is very dumbest phone ever i have seen in my life. this is 3rd time i am formating my mobile. today also its switch off becz of moisture in the mobile .my humble request kindly do not buty this mobile.

Anonymous, 20 Jun 2016I 've bought HTC desire 826 (Rs-25000) in June 2015 nd udde... moremy was something like that, the only option is to remove the phone battery and put it back again it will workf fine. When you are going to app's to stop other app's from running on the phone background, don't stop the app for the phone camera.
