For those who want to know about your phone download a app called hardware info. It will also tell you which version model you are having. I'm having WWE version with 13.2 mp front and back camera and 32gb ROM
So for those of you still wondering about the software update please check your phone version as only Indian versions have been updated. I

There was some issues with the update,I think they will rectify it then again start rolling out the update. Just hoping that we get asap.

Hi,I updated my HTC 826 10 days ago for 1st 45 Mb for Marshmallow but not able to updated further 1.3Gb software .....it is showing No update available. I mailed to customer support but no response .
Is there any issue for Indian update :?

It would take 3.75 min approx to get 1% battery, although I had complained at HTC service centre and they had changed the lower board . (Status 7)
but now,
i am checking update, but it showing,there are no updates available for your phone,
