See if now you will compare this device with latest devices of every company then you will not get the good result and if you are getting some issues then you just call on this number (18002663566) this is the number of HTC customer support center they will help you with your issue .If you are facing some lagging issues with your device even while running a small app and games then you just perform a factory reset on your device steps for the factory reset -go to settings click there security then click on backup and reset but make sure that you have at least 50% of battery and when your device will be done with the process of factory reset then your device will restart and when you are done with the process then don't take backup because if you will do then maybe the same problem appear you just install the app again and see whether it is lagging again or not if. it is lagging then visit the service center or call HTC because then it is a hardware problem.

that show that phone is in charging mode. but % going down slowly..

On a video on YouTube, i saw one of the two holes of proximity sensor beside the frontal cam always notify white light.
I don't know what is the significance of this light and how I could activate it?

I'm in Indonesia, Touch screen can't be used, quite hot at the back of the phone
I would say this HTC desire 826 dual sim is a crap.
I have i for 1.5 months and now in service center for about 1 month and they don't tell me about the problem, when it will finish.
Service center in Indonesia is not owned by HTC and their call center routed to malaysia, their lack of information to tell me about the problem, The told that my case is the first case, hahaha I see that I'm not alone and not the first one from this site
