This is the worst phone I have ever used in my life. Firstly within 2 days of buying it started heating up, then in 6 months the pictures clicked by the front camera were coming out to be blurred. Later, in an year, there was a display issue. And now after 18months, suddenly phone got switched off & I am not able to switch it on. Dont ever buy HTC. Daym I spent 25,000 in this which was worthless.

I never used htc phone. I purchased it 2days ago. It is worthless phone and never buy Chinese phone again. Battery draining very fast. Everything here worst.
Nobody buy this phone.

when i unlock my mobile i see one command like "unfortunately, youtube has stopped" like that.. once i press OK.. the message bar comes again and again.. what shall i do now..?

Once any damage occur no htc centre available near u
And same problem face by me they have same difficult and tedious process for quotations and some lithargic work process and they charged big bill
They returned my device after 4 months
So never buy any htc mobile ever

Have been using it for 18 months now. Facing only two problems
1 battery backup is an issue
2 no volte which should have been either by default or as an update for the phone at which it is being sold.
Rest is ok

the phone was very good at first but over time (not more than 8 months) it started glitching. it would lock itself while i was using snapchat or youtube. then the screen started having a line of white-sh color on the right side of the display like the colors bleeding (although i have dropped it a few times so maybe the phone isn't to blame) another complaint is the camera lens. both are made of plastic so waaay too easy to scratch. you need a case for this but sadly a case is too hard to find for this model. also batterry life is maybe the worst i have seen in a phone. not a good phone i gotta say
