hi, ive had this phone for almost two years now and ive still not received a single update. the check for software updates option also seems to be missing(i know. its very strange). can someone please help me as id like to update my phone to marshmallow. a couple of my friends who have this phone already have the update. i doubt whether it is a regional issue.

I bought this phone just13 months, 3 times change this main board after that again the same problem repeated.

don't buy htc phone if you are game lover phone battery life is worst and back camera of desire 826 also worst and you go to service center many time

i bought htc 826 . now not workinhg.. battery problem as always and now new problem camara problem.. htc camara is not working. but if i use other app for camara then camara is working.... i am in china went to htc store they dont even know what is real problem.. i suggest you all guys never ever buy htc phone in your life.....thank you
