guys waste of buying this phone this phone has severe hard ware problems and i faced touch problem eith this phone after one month of usage am going to service centre and ask them for DOA letter so that we can return this phone to retailer and can purchase another brand mobile htc 826 really sucks....
if the service centre people are not giving u DOA letter use abusive language immediately they will provide u the DOA letter

Im also facing touch issues with the phone after just 2 months.The battery also drains very very quicky. My other phone Xperia Z2 easily lasts 1.5 days but you have to charge htc 826 atleast 2 Times a day.It also has overheating issues and the back of phone also makes some noise when pressed a little bit only as if it is not fixed properly. The only thing in which it is better from Z2 is call quality and also front camera

Hey Guys I Bought My HTC Desire 826 On April 2015 & After 2 Month Means On 11 June 2015 It Showing Me Touch Problem, I Wen t to the Coustomer Care In Mumbai, They Said You Wil Get a New Phone Coz Its In Warranty, But From past 1 month No One Conatct Me on same, Customer Care Services And The HTC Company All are Bloody pathetic & Bull shit. Plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz Dont Buy This Cheap Phone From Such a Cheap Company Like HTC........ :X :X :X :X

I am from hyderabad. This phone has over heating issue. I am not able to make long calls as it is impossible to keep it near my ear. I don't know why HTC is not resolving this issue.an update can help manage the heat issue or will HTC will recall is 826 model. Any way the fact remains i have paid for the phone but deceived by the company. I lost faith and sure company will lose business.

I bought phone before 2 months ..initially it was overheating so company took 1 week in replace . It was fine then after a month touch pad started showing issue and have given it in service center ..it is more than a month and device is still there in repair .. WORST service ever.. NO REPLY FROM HTC YET . DONT KNOW HOW LONG THIS WILL TAKE . started hating htc .
