Why all the problems are occurring only with you guys...I've been using this phone for over a month now but have faced no problems except for some heating issues & battery back up....other than this i'hve faced no other problems like crashing or touch responsiveness....everything is working fine & smooth.....It seems that many of u guys don't know how to use or handle a smartphone...you should also h've to maintain your phone properly.And overall it's a great device with great specs.It's my humble request to u all that if you can't use or handle a smartphone properly..then there is no need to buy a phone and waste your valuable money...& moreover htc is working on the heating issue & it would be resolved soon...anyone can surely go for this spectacular device.

.i brought this and it is a beast...5 games are already installed. hitman sniper.asphalt 8.shark evolutions.kingdom rush origins and Dominations...and it handles btw these like it was nothing...impressed...a nexus would be a close competitor....But htc sure comes with a sleek UI and theme customization and stuff ..BUY IT.....the battery heat thing is not a big issue...

There is no gorilla glass in this phone......so .......does it display is so sensetive to get scratch or prb to see under sun???????

goutham, 19 Jun 2015hello..i purchased htc desire 826 20 days back,my touch in ... moreI had the same problem with Desire 826. My phone was less than month old. HTC has replaced the phone and now it's working fine.
My suggestion please contact HTC customer care. They will fix the problem as it's under 1year warranty.
