On 12 june 2015 I got an update of 411 mb approx. After updating my handset heating issue is solved upto an extent but i think front camera quality, sound of both speakers and earphone is degraded.

If you buy this phone from flipkart then u will have too many problems. On this issue yoi can also contact htc customer support

White birch colour gets dirt easily , ear piece mic isnt enough loud to hear voice of a caller most important its just been a month I bought this phone and my touch screen is not working properly its not responding on my first touch

Been using this phone for almost a week. Experiencing heating issues with this phone (especially while charging and browsing for long periods of time). Plus the battery drains quite fast. Display is superb and the viewing angles are great. Camera 13MP front is good. However the rear 13MP is not upto my expectations (i was a lumia user previously). Processor speed is good. Phone quite responsive and snappy. Overall a good experience with certain glitches.

I brought one week, heat issue is there. Camera clarity is good both front and back. But for me the main problem, it is not having lollipop 5 full features. Wont have multi users option(Google Lollipop had these features). If you are Lollipop lovers, dont go for it

The battery is very poor, even if its half charged it drains completely within 3-4 hours even without using. even the twitter app which was already installed is not working. the phone has a big heating problem. & when it gets too heated the screen freezes. pls anyone can help me with some solution

its a great phone but initially you ll experience heating and pathetic battery life..... battery life can be improved to a GREAT extent by disabling some inbuit waste apps in settings...and the phone will get bit warm as we use it but its bearable ....no lags ...awesome video nd sound experience....to conclude its an AWESOME phone except for this warming issue at the processor side....
