its very low quality cell phone , restart any time , charging issue , heat issue all issue in this cell phone .

Its been 8 months only since I purchased HTC 828. Now its not known that how and when the device will get switched off. Sometime the battery which is at 83% will suddenly reduce to 1%.
Took HTC On Call support but there is no proper support on the device. In all over Chennai they have only 1 Service Center that too.
Can any body suggest what to do and how to do.

Experience with HTC 828 is very bad, in first 4 month the screen went black, covered under warranty as it was a manufacturing defect, service center took more than 2 months to repair after several followups. Now Sim1 is not searching/latching for any 4G NW (Jio), considered to be again manufacturing defect. fast battery drainage, excess heating, more time for battery charging, poor antenna sensitivity, poor sound, poor front camera and so on...son many bugs with HTC 828. Dont know what made them to manufacture this worst phone ever.

Frnds even my HTC 728 was getting switched off freaquently.
I gave it to service Center many times the result was same.
I just stopped using the charger given by them in box from 2 days my phone is not getting switched off

One one of worst phone ever bought, recommend not to buy. Very frequently switch off, no battery backup, can't see any videos due to very frequently switching off.
