I this phone 5 month ago n recently my display was spoiled now I'm facing heating problem when I change even when I operate the phone even if I call anyone it's headed a lot like its gonna blow very poor experience to use it 19,000 wasted it looks like

Jio Sim not working.. as others said only 4G data is working , i cannot make a call ou t of it. pls somebody help.

Battery is getting drained after 45%. Handed it to Customer support. They are taking almost 1 month to replace.
Poor Customer service not recommend.

htc desire 828 dual sim,camera and sound quality is good, jio 4g net not supporting properly and you cannot call from jio sim i think its worst mobile of rs.19000.

Seeing lots of complaints regarding 4g voice call with gio. Me too can't make call with my 828 model,,,while can make a call with 728 model which is also a LTE phone. Don't know what is the problem and what to do with my gio sim after 31st march. Gio or HTC must find a solution for this.

Excellent phone. Bought 8 months back. Best in segment and branded phones. Initially jio 4g voice was working great, but from around 1.5 months only 4g is working, call not working. Pls help.
