Even though it's only 600mhz, it's a new model cpu, so it's more efficient. Remember how the 800Mhz Desire Z was faster than the original 1Ghz Desire?

I bought it yesterday & like it a lot htc desire c is a good size screen, overall a gr8 smartphone.
First charge is important for good battery life, so charge it 10-12 hrs it will last more days. htc sense is awesome. It's fast enough for everyday use & call quality it clear on both ends. It's has Beats audio too w/Beats haedphones the sound is amazing! i give it the thumbs-up. Everybody now a days cares about cpu & 4g. It's not a computer it's a phone with some features like a computer. Rembemer that!

Using this phone for around a week now...Overall the phone is good, got many games & apps on and it works very well...only lags sometimes on few games because of its 600mhz CPU...BUT its not much of a problem as if you close all the running apps it works smooth...overall nice phone..

Anonymous, 28 Jul 2012what's better, (forget about the price) htc desire c, or ht... morehtc one v is way better than the htc desire c as it is provides you with a 1Ghz proccessor compared to the desire c which has an under-powered proccessor of 600Mhz, The desire c might be slow and sluggish at times , so go for the one v if you don't want to regret for your choice.

No Hd games are supported, if we talk about htc explorer, htc explorer is far better than htc desire c

Hello, in the Review of GSMArena stays that the touchkeys under the screen lights up (in the dark). My Desire C from Germany does not light up :/

Hey Guys this phone is awesome but the only thing which u need to orry is just because of the openin of the phone i mean like its a bit complicated when u remove the cover ti insert battery but the specifications are good.:)

htc desire c.
it's price in indian show rooms are around 14300-14600. so it comes under affordable range.
it's nothing. just a second version of htc explorer.
for 14k we won't even get an auto focus camera, hd video recording and playback, a flash light, and a ghz processor.
other than that it's a good phone. user friendly. one who used 4 buttoned android devices will surely struggle with these three button series.
htc's same wonderful and strong build quality and beats audio makes it to a small wow! the thing is the whole package comes under 100gms of weight. android 4.0.3 works well.
now gaming. strictly no hdgames. just we can play small games like temple run and fruit ninja.
the reason why i bought this device is it's cuteness and the weight.
