i believe that desire s doesnt have the gorilla glass and that makes me sad because my screen has a few scratches already.. i should have bought a screen protector.. but its too late already.. anybody knows how can i remove the scratches on the screen?

user, 31 May 2011HTC desire S or Nexus one...pls suggest..Desire S or nexus S, not the nexus one, i've got the desire S a few weeks now and the only thing i'm dissapointed about is the network signal, sometimes it drops, maybe i got a bad/broken one so I'm not arguing about the signal quality.

thanks. but i use opera mini jar for internet if im without load anytime anywhere on my 5800.. i need this app to run if possible in this htc desire s.. if not then i go to windows phone 7 coz they support java midp 2.0

Got my Desire S a week back.. and I love It,
playing with my first android a lot, hence cant comment on battery life, will check it some day and see how it goes...
There are some wifi issues, signal drops when top part is covered, but I have wireless N router, so no issues of wifi coverage for me, wifi is usable every where in my flat.
My final words..
good phone, great build quality, nice ui, good screen, fast, decent camera, good music ( just install power amp)
Edit: Getting HTC meteor case for me.. (wish something like this was in the box)

battery sucks. if u use gps, wifi, edge, emails and make phone calls all in series then battery lasts for 3 hours only after a full charge. whats the smartness then in this smartphone
