task killer will automatically close all app if not used or else u can change the settings.
battery saver app will control your phones brightness and lights ... which will help you to save battery Hope i helped

thanks but the phone can't open so i can't go to the market if i off it it will remain lock when i on it.Is giving me a headache i bought it 8 months ago pay as you go on amazon the warranty is over now please help

don't get me wrong, the DS is a very capable device, except for that wifi death grip.. but it's better for you to wait for the One S or One V.. i am guessing the One V would be priced very competitively and would be a wiser choice compared to this..

AnonD-29744, 11 Mar 2012Is this phone long lasting? is there anyone who is using th... moreyes, i have used it extensively.. without rooting but the battery is still awesome.. can manage a full day with moderate usage, or almost two days with light usage.. but normally i would charge it at the end of the day anyway..
very sturdy, and the planned upgrade to ICS would even bring some more good stuff.. it's flying right now, i can't imagine what it'll be after ICS upgrade.. i am thinking of getting the One X, but i will keep this phone until it dies on me.. and i believe that will happen only in a few years time..
the only problem is the WiFi when you hold the top plastic cover of the phone's back.. that's about it..
great display, neutral colours, good viewing angles, only they could have increase the brightness a little..

Perfect design, best... morei have used this since June 2011, no problems so far, except for the occasional rebooting after i updated the OS to 2.3.5 in December, but after a few days it is back to normal.. and now it's flying with custom launcher to replace the Sense.. never had any problem again, not even a lag.. when you know how to use the phone, you'll be rewarded..

I'm using this phone since july 2011.
Perfect design, best graphics, size and performance.
BUT:
After 4-5 months I had some technical problems: the screen turned off (black) several times a day and the phone became unuseful. No possibility of using its functions for several minutes to more than 1 hour, no possibility to make/answer a call or see who's calling.
The vendor (GSM operator) decided to replace it with a new one.
So I'm using a 2nd one since Jan 2012 (given with andriod 2.3.5).
This one has different problems: it reebots and shows error messages especialy when using internet browser.
At least 1-2 times/day.
So I became full of frustration about it. That's also because I don't find a similar phone to please me (design-size-features).
But I don't trust this model any more.
