You have to do only this - wipe your finger or thumb over the proximity sensor (you have to repeat this as you can change it in settings of Tap Tap).

To know where to tap, turn oof the lifhts then lock your phone u shud see a red little light. This is beside the htc logo on top. It at the left. That little red dot is the proximity sensore that ia where u shud tap. I dont even need to touch the phone to unlock. Watch this video to know.

da kid, 01 Feb 2012hi to all, im a ds user for about 8months,i bought it havin... moreYou should root your device, put a recovery like clockworkmod and then install a official rom with the version you want (you can find them all at xda-developers)then unroot your device. However its better to use cooked roms because any time you want new updates you can install easily without having to wait to OTA updates.

hi to all, im a ds user for about 8months,i bought it having a version of 2.3.3 and i update it to 2.3.5, i notice something which dissapoints me,and i want it back to 2.3.3. anyone here can help me? a rep from htc told me theres no way to do that,but im still hoping theres someone who knows how to make it back.
reasons i want to go back to 2.3.3
1. when you are listening to music thru blutooth and sum1 called you up,basically music will stop and resume after the conversation,after the update,u will manually turn on/start the music.
2. when you were dialling a number,normally all names that has the same name will appear and you will choose who you were looking for,it happens actually but only by using dial pad,but wen you were typing it on the messages,it will only give you results on the letters that you were typing which never happened before on version 2.3.3.
in my opinion, i think HTC should address such issues like this, 2.3.5 is known as an upgrade version but it seems like our phone become an idiot instead of being a much better smart phone..
any help about my concern will be very much appreciated. thanks to all.

In my opinion, there are many desire S killer out there, but i guess the judges not evaluate the specs only. There are whole other bunch of things: price, usability, sales, design, etc.

AnonD-7251, 30 Jan 2012Desire got nominated for "Best Smartphone". check... morewow, seems like it's the only mid range single core smartphone in that list, considering the lumia is the flagship (although single core) of Nokia/WP now and the 4s obviously the only flagship that manufacturer has, and two android superpowers, the GNex and G2S..
makes me proud having this smartphone! i hope it wins, although being in that list already proves something..
quite surprised to see Indonesia in the list.. a bit proud of it also.. haha!
