The update was somewhere about 20MB, so first i tough this can't be a fully os update, becouse the ota update with the 2.3.5 android and sense 3.0 was much bigger.least 200MB. I did install the 2.10.401.5 before that. Whit this last update nothing in settings hassn't changed. The baseband is the same as the previews ota. 20.4801.30.0822U.10.08.04_M. The kernel version i the same 2.6.35.10.

see, i wanna use my phone fr a long time .. so will this phone last fr like 2-3 years??

vamsi, 08 Nov 2011could anyone tell me does htcds preinstalled with 2.3versio... moreman its clearly written on the specs.... it comes with gingerbread 2.3.3 out of the box with sense UI 2.1, but now a new update is available for android 2.3.5 + sense UI 3.0. So if u r gonna buy it then buy the updated phone (i.e manufactured after the official announcement of the update)

CGT, 08 Nov 2011do you mean should we check the os before we buy? how can w... morecheck the manufacturing date of the handset, if its manufactured after the announcement of the latest update i.e. 2nd oct, then the handset must be having android 2.3.5 along with sense UI 3.0 out of the box. Also confirm about it from the vendor from where u r gonna buy.

cplover23, 06 Nov 2011i think xperia neo is better and cheaper than this phone..Sony Erricson xperia Neo, is good for nothing. Its display is the worst in any android phone in the market. Cant read a single character even in a dark cloudy day.
