If the app has an option to Exit/quit built in use it or else just slelct home to get out of the app. If the app isnt used for a while after being activated, the OS takes care of it. Dont use a task killer. Its unnecessary and would also increase your battery consumption.

i asked htc support when will the update be available in the philippines and if we can have our phones updated for free like what samsung does . sadly, the agent doesnt know anything about it. what a waste of time.

AnonD-7840, 02 Nov 2011proof we are not being given with the proper treatment as o... moreya u r ryt... afterall its been 1 month the update has been announced n its not available through OTA update worldwide. No update in India too.
I thought they might take some 20 days or so to provide the update worldwide but they aren't considering it much but kept on launching new unnecessary products such as HTC rhyme, etc etc.

AnonD-4383, 02 Nov 2011hello frnds i want to know hoe to install apps n game to ex... morego to ALL SETTINGS (from the dropdown shortcut)---APPLICATIONS---MANAGE APPLICATIONS---DOWNLOADED. Here u ll find all the app u have downloaded from the market. Now click on the app which u wanna move to SD card n u will find n option saying "MOVE TO SD". JUst click der, the app ll b moved from Phone memory to SD.

proof we are not being given with the proper treatment as other users of HTC this is a downfall for me for HTC hate this no update for Philippines even after a month still no news

How good is Desire S if one is internet orientated person? what about music quality? does it have a column of Appointments like Snap on the wall where it shows you your appointment, its crucial to me? is't recommendable to business likeminded people. cheers

vamsi, 31 Oct 2011i saw a video of galaxy s vs desire s in youtube he taps 2t... morethere's no problem on the touch screen. its one of the finest touch available. no lagging at ol. have been using it for more than 5 months and its still working very smoothly.
one of my fren is using SGS so I know abt it too. No difference is there regarding touch sensitivity.
But for every touch phones, sensitivity ll b slow when u start touching the screen just after restarting the phone while the phone is starting up its sense UI widgets n some other default apps but once it completes loading the UI, the touch sensitivity ll be back to normal (i.e. super smooth & sensitive). So never open an app or try anything as soon as the phone is restarted, give some time for the OS and the UI to be loaded nicely n after dat start using it and u won't find any lag in its touch sensitivity.
