go for htc desire sv....becoz in galaxy grand, pixel density is too low for a grand 5 inch phone...which is a grand failure...go for htc no doubt.

Battery is too poor, backup provided is only 1 day around 20h(2g)only and HSUPA network is only one sim. Most apps(call recording,mobile tracker & baidu browser) is working only one sim.
Internal memory is only 2GB not 4GB.

yes it support simultaneosly dual sim you can switch both sim active or only one similar out of two similar active.
you can use net from both of sim.

yes HTC desire sv support simantanusly dual similar support . you can switch to only sim 1 active or only similar 2 active or both sim are active. you can use net from both sim
