HTC Desire V is lighter and better looking BUT pricier compared to Lenovo P700 (dualsim with 2500mAh battery)

One of the best dual sim.
Easy to use and manage the dual sim......fantastic.
Never regret buying this after using Samsung dual sim all the while.
                        Kudos HTC !!!!!

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE BUYING THIS FONE: - as Warrior opens his comment, it sounds negative.. but heyy! HTC DESIRE V IS THE BEST DUAL ANDROID PHONE out there as of this time!!! I've been looking for ways to really thank HTC for coming up with their first dual sim unit catering for my need to maintain two sims for my work and personal use and at the same time having a high-end unit. Following are my reasons why I really commend HTC:
                          1. I always reason out that all costly smartphone should be dual-simmed. Why? Mostly, who are those who can afford high-cost smartphones? those who work and has money, right? and those workers usually have company's sim and personal sim. Therefore, if all these smartphones manufacturers are smart enough, they will make "dual-sim" as standard protocol to be more competitive and increase their sales. If a customer doesn't need the second sim card slot, he can just have it disabled anyway to save battery power. My first android unit was the Desire S and I was reading in its forums that they were looking to have dual sim card adapter from www.simore.ch even it was not dual standby. it's always convenient now that I have the desire V as I was able to get rid of also forgetting my other phone from time to time plus the two sims now share one contacts list. Amazing!
                          2. Next is specs and performance. I can attest that it way better than my Desire S which I bought for P25,000 (Philippine (the country of world no. 1 boxer Manny Pacquiao...lol) peso). My Desire V is only P16,000 or 33% cheaper but packs with better features:
                          a. Having android 4.0 makes desire V perform better and faster than desire S even the two units have almost the same hardware capabilities (except for 768mb ram for desire S vs 512mb for desire V and 3.7inc desire S vs 4 inches desire V)
                          b. Desire V has much better display than desire S. It's black is very deep which displays texts and graphics clear and vivid when you use the unit outdoor which is one thing Samsung Galaxy S3 boasts of. Desire V is really competitive.
                          c. You can manipulate and access the settings easier and faster...say to activate wifi it take only 2 touches while 3 in desire S and so on

Compared to other dual sims such as samsung duo's and many others, HTC Desire V is way better - you have a high-end smartphone, ICS 4.0, and 4 inches display. As of this writing, there's nothing better out there. Thank you HTC, i'll be waiting for your next models, but i will always go for your dual-sim versions. Why not make 2 sims in all your units a standard. Again, we who can afford to buy your high-end smartphones usually have at least 2 sims. God bless.

                                        Hi all,

Can discuss about the battery life? How does the battery life fare under 3g data usage? How's the standby time? Does the phone heat up after using the phone? Also how's the speed of the data under 3g?

                                        Thanks & best regards.
