I can go for Samsung also if they give me specs n performance. so what if Samsung is not having reputation like Sony n Apple. their s2 and s3 are more successful n performed better in benchmarks than rivals sensation and one x. nobody pays for build quality....

HTC declared at ifa that desire x will be mid range and cheap dual core phone the price would be between desire c and HTC one v ...so it rounds around 16 k +-500

I can say Desire X is better than One V, the better battery capacity and More RAM space. But pls check whether Radio is there or not before buying(disadvantage) and the cost should not vary more than Rs 1000/-
