A true work horse, this phone has served for the better part of four years without a whisper of trouble. Apart from the slightly loose power button, (taken care of with s2w) this has been the best investment of years.

THis phone is truely good. I used this phone near about 3years but it gets lag freee pefomance it is a good phone.

this phone is like devil.. never buy htc phones it gets heated like hell..dont keep in ur pocket for long time u may get cooked up by the heat.. worst phone ever to buy.

I have this phone for last 3 years
10/11/2012 to present and its much better then canvas nitro and the other crappy devices of samsungs .thanks htc.
So now i have new htc phone and it is htc one e9s.

Works fine. Apps crash not cus phone sucks. It's cause the app itself has bugs. Take fb for example.

I bought a HTC Desire X about 16 months ago. But due to an accident the screen glass has developed a crack and the touch is not working properly. I went to the service centre with the handset but they straight way refused to service the product even though I was willing to pay. They told me that parts were not easily available for this model and so they wont take the pain of servicing the product. Now where should I go or what should I do for servicing?

HTC mobiles are good till 1.5 year after purchase date, they it starts with mother board problem, touch problem, hangs up. A very pathetic condition it gets.

I got this phone in June 2013. This was my first android phone and i loved it.
I had no problems with this phone till last month.I mainly used the phone for:
1. whatsapp
2. photoes and videos
3. facebook
4. SMSs and calls
5. little bit of games like temple run for initial few months only
Now the phone's navigation buttons at the bottom (Back, Exit, Recent Apps buttons) are not functional on usage of few minutes of internet.
The apps open at that time get closed and whenever i re open them, they are closed again. I then have to stop using the phone for an hour. Then the 3 buttons function again for some time and then the problem starts again.
My friend also bought this same phone in 2013 and he lost the functionality of those 3 buttons recently.
Is the life of a smartfone for 2 years only? is this the same for any smartfone?

I'm using this phone for 2.5 years and is line a new. I'm very happy from the phone. At same time my wife get Samsung with similar features and now I can see the real quality difference.

i have purchase in march 2014 and its on off switch and touch started creating problem they replace under warranty now again with in 1.5 year it again created problem now they are demancing 3500 worst phone worst service

such a worst phone i had, such a small thing they not giving good response htc service people, for mboard asking for 7000 rs.
